Cette politique d'annulation et de remboursement (\u00ab Politique \u00bb) s'applique \u00e0 toutes les r\u00e9servations effectu\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de Events by Carole Ltd (\u00ab la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb). En effectuant une r\u00e9servation, vous acceptez de respecter les termes de cette Politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Annulation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.1. Les demandes d'annulation doivent \u00eatre soumises par \u00e9crit \u00e0 l'adresse carole@eventsbycarole.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2. Des frais d'annulation peuvent s'appliquer en fonction du moment de l'annulation et du type de service r\u00e9serv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se r\u00e9serve le droit d'annuler des r\u00e9servations en cas de circonstances impr\u00e9vues ou de force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Remboursement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2.1. Les remboursements, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, seront trait\u00e9s selon les crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Si l'annulation est effectu\u00e9e 30 jours avant le service pr\u00e9vu, 100% du montant total de la r\u00e9servation sera rembours\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Si l'annulation est effectu\u00e9e entre 30 jours et 10 jours avant le service pr\u00e9vu, jusqu'\u00e0 50% du montant total de la r\u00e9servation sera rembours\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Aucun remboursement ne sera effectu\u00e9 pour les annulations effectu\u00e9es moins de 10 jours avant le service pr\u00e9vu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2.2. Les remboursements seront trait\u00e9s en utilisant la m\u00e9thode de paiement d'origine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Exceptions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    3.1. Dans des circonstances exceptionnelles, telles que des urgences m\u00e9dicales ou des catastrophes naturelles, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut examiner les demandes de remboursement au cas par cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.2. Tout remboursement accord\u00e9 en dehors des termes de cette Politique rel\u00e8ve de la seule discr\u00e9tion de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
