Cancellations & Refunds

This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”) applies to all bookings made with Events by Carole Ltd (“the Company”). By making a booking, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.

1. Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to carole@eventsbycarole.com.

1.2. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the type of service booked.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the following criteria:

  • If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the scheduled service, 100% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is made between 30 days and 10 days prior to the scheduled service, up to 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled service.

2.2. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

3. Exceptions

3.1. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, the Company may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3.2. Any refunds granted outside the terms of this Policy are at the sole discretion of the Company.
